NOTICE of Special AGM to be held on Monday 27 June 2016 to pass the following resolution.
"Rule 10 of the Statement of Rules be changed to read 'the financial year of the Club shall commence on the 1st day of October in each year and terminate on the 30th day of September in the following year'" The reason for the change is to bring Football and Cricket clubs financial reporting into line with their seasons and to enable more accurate financial reporting for the AGM of the Club. Currently the yearly reporting occurs half way through the Football season and as such the reporting on the financial position of the club can only report on an imcomplete financial position.
The Special AGM will be held at the Club rooms on Monday 27 June commencing 7.00pm and the above resolution is the only business that will be tabled or discussed. Please contact email@example.com if you have any further questions.
For next Golf Club Game go to the Golf Club page or contact Ray Hare via his email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in joining in...
The Basketball Club have been successful in obtaining a grant from the Safeway Fresh Food Kids Community Grants. The Club thank Safeway for their support of local clubs looking after kids in their community.
Do you have photos of your team, sons or daughters etc... participating for the LAKERS over the last season??? If so, do you want an image of them on pages associated with their sport? Jpeg variety photo's can be emailed to the email link below - a caption relating to date, team and first name of players would be helpful...The photos will stay up as long as space and quantity permits, then they will be rotated over the coming months.
